Priority Service Agreements

An eCommunications Priority Service Agreement (PSA) on your telephone system provides you with the assurance that in the event of a fault you will be given priorty response, minimising down time. You are also protected against unexpected financial surprises as all phone system parts and any labour required to rectify a fault are also covered under your PSA.

A PSA on your phone system provides you with the following benefits:

  • Priority Service in the event of a fault
  • Highest priority for scheduled adds, moves & changes during our busy times
  • All parts and labour in the even of a telephone system fault are covered at no expense during normal business hours
  • Unlimited Remote Programming* & Help Desk enquiries
  • Discounted call out fees and hourly rates

*Phone system must be equipped with a remote access facility (modem) to have access to this feature. Some programming, adds, move & changes can't be done remotely and require a site visit. Site visits are chargeable at the applicable discounted PSA call out and service rates.

Line Connections, Relocations & Diversions

As a Telstra Dealer eCommunications are authorised to provide your company with a range of Telstra FixedNet products and call plans, including organising the connection of new Telstra services and the relocation or diversion of existing Telstra services. As a Telstra dealer we can provide you with the right advice on Telstra products that will suit your business requirements and we will liaise with Telstra on your behalf to organise the appropriate services.
