New offices and website!

Welcome to 2019!

Our new offices and website.

Welcome to 2019!

We hope you had a fun and prosperous 2018 and we look forward to servicing our valued customers in 2019.

2018 was an exciting year for eComms with our move from Notting Hill into our beautiful new offices in South Melbourne. The picture below and those across this website are real photos of our new space. Central to everything and plenty of room to grow our highly talented telephony and network engineering teams.

We’re also proud to have just launched our new website with a fresh design. You’ll still find all the user manuals for the many telephone systems we have sold and supported over the years in the Products section. If you cannot find a specific guide please let us know and we’ll upload it for you.

  • eComms have moved to a new office in South Melbourne.
  • Freshly designed website launched.

A few highlights of 2018

  • eComms had a design refresh, updating our logo and colour schemes – while that in itself doesn’t change your phone systems, it did mean we began the process of updating all of our documentation and processes, ensuring everything is in align with helping our customer’s businesses better communicate.
  • The latest Mitel 6900 series of IP handsets has proven to be a hit with our customers, demonstrating the reliability and useful advanced features that make Mitel such a solid choice for businesses.
  • 2018 saw us deploy numerous complex multi-site MPLS solutions, complete with virtualised Mitel systems using their new HA (high availability) server environment on the VMware platform. Our case study of Luther College is a prime example of how our Mitel solutions can help facilitate a collaborative UCC environment.
  • Our newly released Private SIP offering has been effective for smaller businesses who demand reliability at an economical price point. With Private SIP your voice traffic never touches the public Internet.

2019 will be another year of major change for both eComms and the telco industry in general. We’ll be heavily investing in new staff, new products and streamlining our systems and processes in order to service you more effectively.

The telco industry is in a huge state of change right now with ISDN now an end-of-life product being replaced by nbn™ equivalents and the introduction of 5G networks creating enormous possibilities for disruption across many industries.

Once again, telco is entering an exciting period and we look forward to the challenges ahead.

We wish you all the best in 2019!
